Event websites can give up to date information about an event & allow delegates to register online, book travel and accommodation and allow organisers of the event to access real time data in a variety of formats. This enables you to run an event effectively and seamlessly saving hundreds of man hours!

We are currently developing a system that will allow anyone to create their own event website easily, and manage their event in a cost effective manner, no matter how large or small the vent is.

Powerpoint & Speaker Support

We can design a general template style for your meeting and then format all your guest speaker presentations into one master presentation. This can be done in advance or this can also be done by one of our Speaker Support Operatives on site, on the day of your event.

Our Speaker Support Operatives can give guidance to presenters and make any last minute adjustments to Powerpoint Presentations in order to allow your presentation to run seamlessly and effectively.
They can also format any other media content such as video and graphics.
This can all be done on site on the day of your meeting, however as much advanced information as possible allows us to develop content pre-meeting.
